During a quick but enriching experience in goat farming, I discovered my passion for animals and the complexity of their behaviour. This led me to start studies in Behavioural ecology and wildlife management at the Université de Bourgogne (France) to explore the field of conservation biology. I am currently doing a 6 months internship in WEEL to complete my MSc, during which I will describe the factors shaping fission-fusion dynamics in ungulates. In particular, I will be interested in the impact of habitat, group familiarity and predation riskon the splitting and merging behaviour of caribou herds.
